New Builds

New Builds

Ground-up custom home construction — from preconstruction design through the final build contract.

Commission

Earn $500 after the preconstruction phase is signed and paid, plus 1% of the final eligible build contract at construction.

Example commission

On a $500,000 build: $500 preconstruction milestone plus 1% of $500,000 ($5,000).

Total commission payout: $5,500

Paid to the referring brokerage after the agreement is signed and eligible funds are collected. Subject to eligibility review and final approval.

Remodeling

Remodeling

Larger renovations and whole-room remodels — kitchens, baths, additions, and structural changes.

Commission

Earn a $500 flat base on any remodel, plus 0.5% of the full project total when it exceeds $10,000, up to $1,000.

Example commission

On a $50,000 remodel: $500 flat base plus 0.5% of $50,000 ($250).

Total commission payout: $750

Paid to the referring brokerage after the agreement is signed and eligible funds are collected. Subject to eligibility review and final approval.

By submitting you agree to the lead-specific Referral Agreement for this client. Commission is earned only after qualifying funds are collected and is subject to attribution, eligibility, and final administrative approval.

  1. This agreement applies only to the client identified in this submission.
  2. Submitting a name does not automatically earn commission.
  3. The realtor confirms having permission to share the client's information.
  4. The realtor must disclose the potential financial benefit to the client.
  5. The realtor confirms that participation is permitted by the realtor's brokerage.
  6. Commission will be paid to the licensed brokerage unless another structure is approved in writing.
  7. The referral must be submitted before the client independently enters the company's sales process.
  8. Existing, duplicate or previously submitted leads are subject to attribution review.
  9. Commission is earned only after the applicable agreement is signed and the required customer funds have been collected.
  10. Commission is based on eligible amounts collected by the company.
  11. Refunds, credits, cancellations and chargebacks may reduce or reverse commission.
  12. Insurance-funded work is excluded unless separately approved after legal review.
  13. The realtor cannot quote prices, negotiate construction terms, promise schedules or warranties, interpret insurance coverage, or bind the company.
  14. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership or exclusivity.
  15. All commission remains subject to applicable law and final administrative approval.

Acknowledgments

  1. I have the client's permission to share this information and have the company contact the client.
  2. I have disclosed or will disclose to the client that I may receive commission if the client hires the company.
  3. I confirm that this referral is permitted by my brokerage and agree that any commission will be paid to my licensed brokerage unless another payment method is approved in writing.
  4. I understand that submitting this referral does not guarantee commission and that the referral is subject to attribution, eligibility, payment and legal requirements.
  5. I accept the Realtor Referral Agreement for this specific client referral.
